About us

I grew up in the rural atmosphere of Gedrot settlements, in a family that was mainly engaged in earthwork and art, so multidisciplinary creation was natural for me.
My main love and passion for clay as a primary and raw material, and the feeling that I can sculpt and create 'out of thin air' as much as I can, led me to open the ceramics studio at the beginning of the year 2000. To make a living, I began to design and produce mainly useful tools for various restaurants throughout the country.

Later, out of a desire to expand my professional knowledge, I studied at the ceramic design department in Bezalel majoring in design and pottery. While studying, I won first place in a design competition held in collaboration with the Israel Museum, and graduated with honors in 2012.
I participated with my works in a number of design exhibitions in Israel, and even in the traveling exhibition "100 years to Bezalel", with the last stop being Design Week in Manhattan in New York. During my master's degree studies I was co-curator of the 8th Biennale for Ceramics in 2016 at the Eretz Israel Museum in Tel Aviv.

Quality is important to me in the tools and products I produce, it is important to me that the tool be sealed and strong to prevent breakage, so I burn the tools at a high temperature of 1200 degrees, one that reveals the hidden cracks that exist in the tool and thus creates a more thorough filtration.
The colors of the material are very diverse, and I love all the shades from the high-quality porcelain that shines in white, to the coal-black clay. Over time, I realized that the existing glazes on the market do not provide an answer to the rich coloration I am interested in, so I started concocting the glazes myself and found that I enjoy renewing myself, creating and inventing new shades.

My desire and motivation is to do good to the environment, to improve and beautify our everyday space and to create a wide variety of tools that bring joy to the soul, tools that are fun to use, eat and host, tools that create closeness.
